They are extremely honest and very knowledgeable about cars. I have used them for years and have never had an issue. They are very reliable and always try to treat the customer like family. When we moved here about four years ago I needed a mechanic and they were the most recommended I found. I gave them a try and every since then I have been using them. I highly recommend them for your automotive needs.

I’ve used this shop for the past 4/5 years but their customer service is dwindling. I got my purge valve replaced about 2/3 months ago (on a 2018 Ford Escape) and it took them two days and cost me about $500. Since then, my engine light has came back on. I took it to Autozone and Meineke who said whoever replaced the valve knocked this hose loose to where it eventually snapped in half. I waited two weeks for a call back from G&G Auto to where I had to physically show up to get anything done. They told me the issues were not related, quoted me $230 to fix the hose, and said it would take a few days to get the part in. I immediately drove to Meineke on Ft Campbell and they had it fixed within two hours for $180 with a FREE inspection.

Brought my vehicle in for an alignment after I had front brakes put on about 6 months before because it was not sounding right. After the so called alignment my vehicle still was not right , took it to another place that checked out my vehicle and put new brakes and rotors in the front and back, still not right. They replaced the brakes and rotors and still not right. Then I took it back to G&G service and the managerdrove my vehicle with me and told me it was my brakes and rotors not the alignment. The first shop owner called his friend at another shop and told him the problem, he suggested I bring it in the next morning. Which I did. He asked me if I had alignment done on my vehicle, I said yes. He should me the the ball joint brackets were not tightened up by 3 1/2 turns on the left and right sides, he continues checking the ball joints and one was completely broken on the left side and the right side was just holding in one small spot, he fixed this problem that G&G would and should have found if an correct alignment was done. After the new ball joints were put in and the brackets tightened and the 2016 vehicle is driving almost like a new vehicle. I took the old ball jo

Very professional. Took my car to get a service done. They inspected the car. Called me with that the problem was, what needed repaired, and how much it would cost The car was completed when they said it would be. The car runs great. I recommend
